By enrolling in The Elite Dancer’s Mind, you agree to the following Terms of Use:
1. Course Purpose
The Elite Dancer’s Mind is an educational and wellness-focused online course designed to support mental health awareness and emotional skill-building in elite-level teen dancers. This course includes psychoeducation, coping tools, reflection activities, and general guidance grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
2. Not Therapy or Clinical Services
This course is not therapy. Participation does not constitute or replace psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of mental health treatment.
No therapist-client relationship is established by purchasing, enrolling in, or completing this course.
The facilitator is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California but does not provide therapy through this platform.
If a teen is experiencing significant emotional distress or needs personalized support, parents/guardians should consult a licensed mental health provider or call emergency services.
3. Parental Consent & Teen Enrollment
Users under 18 must enroll with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, the parent/guardian confirms:
They have reviewed the course materials and disclaimer
They understand the course is educational and not a substitute for therapy
They assume legal responsibility for the minor’s participation
4. User Eligibility
This course is intended for dancers ages 13–18 and their supporters.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in The Elite Dancer’s Mind, including videos, workbook materials, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of The Elite Dancer's Mind/Auti Kamal Scolman and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
6. No Guarantees
While this course is designed to support dancer wellness, we make no guarantees regarding personal outcomes, mental health improvements, or performance changes. Individual experiences will vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
By using this course, you agree that The Elite Dancer's Mind and its affiliates, including the course creator and Thinkific, are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of this educational content.
8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the course, all sales are final. If you are dissatisfied or have an issue accessing materials, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to assist you.
9. Modifications to Terms
